We built this 2 storey heritage porch at a busy intersection in Smith Falls in 2022. The large century home divided into rental units is owned by a contractor, Matt Mackey of MTM Construction and Property Management. They manage this property and others across Lanark County. They had to remove the existing wraparound porch which was collapsing. We were asked to come up with a smaller more economical design that would still be appropriate for such a prominent building.
